Feedback on Plan S: deadline extended

Plan S is an initiative for Open Access publishing that was launched in September 2018. The plan is supported by cOAlition S, an international consortium of research funders. Plan S requires that, from 2020, scientific publications that result from research funded by public grants must be published in compliant Open Access journals or platforms.
The guidance on the implementation of such an initiative has been sketched by Coalition S which is currently stimulating a large number of comments and reactions from learned societies, funding agencies and scientific publishers.
Plan S is a European initiative which has and will have indeed a large impact on a global scale. Your feedback, as an individual or as representative of an association/institution/company, is highly valuable and you are warmly invited to provide it. Please note that the deadline has been extended until 8 February 2019.
In Italy, the Italian National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) has established a dedicated Plan S working group (S. Bianco, G. Chiarelli, P. Lubrano, L. Patrizii and F. Zwirner) and organized an information-sharing webinar, scheduled on 1 February from 1 to 2 pm, via the Webex system. After two short introductory presentations, a question-and-answer open session will follow.
