Elezioni SIF per il triennio 2020-2022

A norma del Regolamento Elettorale per le cariche sociali della Società Italiana di Fisica, l'Assemblea Elettorale è convocata, in occasione del 105° Congresso Nazionale della SIF presso il Gran Sasso Science Institute all’Aquila, mercoledì 25 settembre 2019 alle ore 9.00. Il Seggio Elettorale verrà aperto alle ore 10.00 di mercoledì 25 settembre e verrà chiuso alle ore 10.00 di venerdì 27 settembre. Si rammenta che a norma del Regolamento, reperibile nell'Area Soci e che prevede la procedura di voto solo con modalità telematica, hanno diritto di voto i Soci in regola con la quota sociale 2019 all’atto del voto, purché la messa in regola sia avvenuta entro l’apertura del Seggio Elettorale.

L'elenco dei Soci con diritto di voto (che hanno concesso l’autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali, ai sensi del D.Lgs. 30.06.2003, n. 196), costantemente aggiornato, verrà reso disponibile nell'Area Soci del sito web della SIF.

I Soci che intendono candidarsi per le cariche sociali dovranno comunicare esplicitamente la loro intenzione al Presidente della SIF almeno 45 giorni prima dell’Assemblea Elettorale, e cioè ENTRO L'11 AGOSTO 2019. Secondo il Regolamento possono essere candidati e quindi eletti i Soci che, in regola con la quota sociale 2019 al momento della presentazione delle candidature, lo erano anche nel 2018.

SIF elections for the three-year period 2020-2022

In accordance with the Regulations for the election of Officers of the Italian Physical Society (SIF), the Electoral Assembly will be held, during the 105th National Congress of the Society at the Gran Sasso Science Institute in L’Aquila, on Wednesday 25th September 2019 at 9.00 am. The polling station during the Congress will be opened at 10.00 am on Wednesday 25th September and closed at 12.00 am on Friday 27th September.

We remind you that in accordance with the new Electoral Regulations, downloadable from the Members Area and which foresee an electronic-only voting procedure, all SIF Members who have regularly paid their 2019 membership fees at the time of voting and within the opening of the polling station are entitled to take part in the elections.

The list of those entitled to vote will be published, and regularly updated, in the Members Area of SIF website.

Members who want to submit their nomination as Officer candidates shall do so by explicitly informing the SIF President at least 45 days prior to the Electoral Assembly date, namely WITHIN 11 AUGUST 2019. In accordance with the new Electoral Regulations, Members who are paid-up at the moment of the submission of their nomination and were also paid-up for 2018, can be elected and therefore nominated.
